The full Content Creator Affiliate Agreement is a separate document sent for e-signature only after an application is approved. That agreement — not this page — governs the legal relationship between accepted creators and E8 Marketing, LLC.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States to apply. By using this site, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. About the program

The GEAR Premium Creator Program is operated by E8 Marketing, LLC (Nevada), an authorized Master Affiliate of West Coast Gifts. West Coast Gifts owns the GEAR Premium® trademarks and handles fulfillment, shipping, and customer service for orders placed through Gearglass.com.

3. Application use

Applications are reviewed by hand. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline any application at our sole discretion. Information you provide is used to evaluate your application and, if approved, to onboard you into the program.

4. Platform risk

Some platforms restrict promotion of glass and tobacco-related accessories. You are solely responsible for your own account standing on every platform where you publish content. E8 Marketing, LLC and West Coast Gifts bear no responsibility for any platform action taken against you.
