The numbers, up front.
Of net sales — the purchase price after taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns. No tiers gating the rate, no caps.
Net 30 after each calendar month closes. So May earnings land by the end of June.
Balances below $100 roll over to the following month. There's no cap on rollovers — it stacks until you cross.
Earned commissions are paid within 30 days of termination — even below the $100 threshold. Your money doesn't disappear because you stopped posting.
Three states. You won't get paid until a sale is final.
A customer purchased through your link. The sale is tracked, but the 15-day return window is still open — they can return the product. Pending sales do not count toward your payout.
The return window has closed. The sale is locked in and will be included in your next monthly payout. This is when the commission is yours.
Net 30 after the calendar month closes, your confirmed balance is paid out — provided it's above the $100 minimum. Below threshold rolls over.
A customer pays $100 using your link. Subtract a $10 promo code, $8 shipping, and $7 tax. Net sale is $75. Your commission is $7.50 — Pending for 15 days, then Confirmed, then Paid out in the next monthly cycle.

The glass space lives or dies on platform compliance. Stick to organic — your audience trusts you because you sound like you, not like an ad. Paid promo isn't banned outright, but it requires prior written approval from E8 Marketing (we respond within 3 business days). Run paid promo without approval and your link gets revoked.

Some mainstream platforms restrict or prohibit promotion of glass, tobacco, and herb-related accessories — even organic content. Their rules change without notice. Suspensions, bans, content removals, and demonetization happen in this niche, and they happen to creators who haven't broken any actual law. You are solely responsible for your own account standing. E8 Marketing, LLC and West Coast Gifts bear no responsibility for any platform action taken against you as a result of promoting GEAR Premium® products. Know your platform's rules before you post.

When do I get paid?+
Monthly, Net 30 after each calendar month closes. So commissions earned in May land by the end of June. $100 minimum payout — anything below rolls to the next cycle and stacks until you cross the threshold.
Why is a sale Pending for 15 days?+
Because Gearglass gives customers a 15-day return window. While that window is open, the sale could reverse. We don't pay you on Pending sales — only Confirmed ones. Once the 15 days close, the sale is Confirmed and rolls into your next monthly payout. This means you won't ever see money pulled back from a normal return.
Can a sale ever be reversed after it's Paid?+
Rarely — only via a credit card chargeback, which can happen up to 60-120 days after the original purchase. If that happens, the chargeback amount is deducted from your next payout cycle (per §2.3 of your creator agreement). Standard returns can't pull money back from your Paid balance because they always resolve before Confirmed.
Will I get a 1099?+
If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, yes — IRS requirement. You'll provide a W-9 before your first commission payment (we'll send the form during onboarding), and a 1099-NEC will be issued after year-end if you cross $600.
Can I run paid ads?+
Not without prior written approval from E8 Marketing. Email contact@mygearlink.com to request — we respond within 3 business days. No response is not approval. Running paid promo without written approval will get your link revoked.
What if my account gets banned for promoting glass products?+
Some platforms restrict glass and tobacco-related content — that's the reality of the niche. You are solely responsible for your own account standing. E8 Marketing, LLC and West Coast Gifts are not liable for any platform action taken against you as a result of your promotional activities. Read each platform's rules before you post.
Do I need a minimum audience size?+
No. Stronger applications include audience numbers and links to your existing content, but we don't gatekeep by follower count.
Is there a launch bonus for the first creators?+
Yes. The first 100 sign-ups get a 10% discount on any purchase above $90 — WCG is running it as a single launch promo code on Gearglass.com, capped at 100 total uses then it's gone for good. The discount stacks with your normal commission, so a $100 order saves you $10 at checkout AND earns you ~$9 in commission, netting around $81 effective. Once you reach Active status we share the code with you privately. Keep it to yourself — once 100 uses are hit, the code dies, so sharing it around publicly can burn your own access. If the launch goes well, WCG has said they'll consider permanent creator codes after.
Do I have to film myself or show my face?+
Nope. Once you're an active creator, a new brand-shot video lands on your dashboard every day, each with three caption options you can copy as-is — download, paste, post. There are over 100 clips in rotation, so posting daily you'd go more than three months before seeing a repeat, and the rotation is weighted so creators aren't all handed the same clip on the same day. Plenty of our creators run entirely on brand content and still earn — your audience never has to see your face. Required either way: an FTC disclosure (#ad or your platform's paid-partnership tag) on every post that uses our content or your link.
Do I earn commission on my own purchases?+
Yes — your link works on your own orders too. Most affiliate programs explicitly block self-purchases; ours doesn't. If you also share a discount code, the discount and your commission stack on the same order.
What happens to my earnings if I leave or get terminated?+
All earned commissions are paid within 30 days of termination — even if your balance is below the $100 minimum. Your earnings are yours. Exception: a 45-day audit hold may apply if termination is for cause due to fraud or deliberate abuse.
What's the return policy for customers?+
Gearglass policy: 15-day window from delivery, product must be unused, customer pays return shipping. Damaged items get replaced, not refunded. Customer service is handled by West Coast Gifts.
What's the 1% donation about?+
1% of net sales is donated to the Last Prisoner Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to free people still incarcerated for cannabis offenses — offenses that have since been legalized or decriminalized across most of the country. The donation comes out of E8's share of each sale, not your commission. Your 10% commission is fully unaffected.

MyGearLink is operated by E8 Marketing, LLC (Nevada), an authorized Master Affiliate of West Coast Gifts. WCG owns the GEAR Premium® brand. Your creator agreement, W-9, and payouts are with E8 Marketing, LLC.

E8 Marketing, LLC operates MyGearLink as an independent company, under an affiliate agreement with the makers of GEAR Premium®. We handle the platform, payouts, and creator support; GEAR Premium® designs and manufactures the products we promote. GEAR Premium® does not own or manage this program.
In plain terms: the makers of GEAR Premium® build the glass, and we build everything around getting creators paid to promote it. When you sign a creator agreement, hand over a W-9, or wait on a payout, you're dealing with E8 Marketing — not the brand. That separation is the whole point, and we keep it clean.
We run the platform
MyGearLink is ours — the tracking links, the creator dashboard, and the sale lifecycle from Pending to Confirmed to Paid. You get a clean link with your name in it and a dashboard that shows exactly what you've earned.
We handle the money
10% flat commission on every confirmed sale, paid monthly. We collect your W-9, issue a 1099 if you cross $600, and send payouts Net 30 after each calendar month closes. On every agreement and every payment, E8 Marketing is your counterparty.
