Monthly, Net 30 after each calendar month closes. So commissions earned in May land by the end of June. $100 minimum payout — anything below rolls to the next cycle and stacks until you cross the threshold.

Because Gearglass gives customers a 15-day return window. While that window is open, the sale could reverse. We don't pay you on Pending sales — only Confirmed ones. Once the 15 days close, the sale is Confirmed and rolls into your next monthly payout. This means you won't ever see money pulled back from a normal return.

Rarely — only via a credit card chargeback, which can happen up to 60-120 days after the original purchase. If that happens, the chargeback amount is deducted from your next payout cycle (per §2.3 of your creator agreement). Standard returns can't pull money back from your Paid balance because they always resolve before Confirmed.

If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, yes — IRS requirement. You'll provide a W-9 before your first commission payment (we'll send the form during onboarding), and a 1099-NEC will be issued after year-end if you cross $600.

E8 Marketing, LLC and West Coast Gifts are not liable for any platform action taken against you as a result of your promotional activities. Read each platform's rules before you post.

No. Stronger applications include audience numbers and links to your existing content, but we don't gatekeep by follower count.

Yes. The first 100 sign-ups get a 10% discount on any purchase above $90 — WCG is running it as a single launch promo code on Gearglass.com, capped at 100 total uses then it's gone for good. The discount stacks with your normal commission, so a $100 order saves you $10 at checkout AND earns you ~$9 in commission, netting around $81 effective. Once you reach Active status we share the code with you privately. Keep it to yourself — once 100 uses are hit, the code dies, so sharing it around publicly can burn your own access. If the launch goes well, WCG has said they'll consider permanent creator codes after.

Nope. Once you're an active creator, your dashboard fills up with brand-shot videos and photos you can download and post on your own accounts. Each drop comes with three caption options you can copy as-is. Plenty of our creators run entirely on brand content and still earn — your audience never has to see your face. Required either way: an FTC disclosure (#ad or your platform's paid-partnership tag) on every post that uses our content or your link.

Yes — your link works on your own orders too. Most affiliate programs explicitly block self-purchases; ours doesn't. If you also share a discount code, the discount and your commission stack on the same order.

All earned commissions are paid within 30 days of termination — even if your balance is below the $100 minimum. Your earnings are yours. Exception: a 45-day audit hold may apply if termination is for cause due to fraud or deliberate abuse.

Gearglass policy: 15-day window from delivery, product must be unused, customer pays return shipping. Damaged items get replaced, not refunded. Customer service is handled by West Coast Gifts.

1% of net sales is donated to support non-violent marijuana offenders — people still incarcerated for offenses that have since been legalized or decriminalized across most of the country. The donation comes out of E8's share of each sale, not your commission. Your 10% commission is fully unaffected.
