This is a placeholder privacy policy describing how E8 Marketing, LLC handles applicant and creator information.

What we collect

When you apply to the GEAR Premium Creator Program, we collect: your legal name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, social media handles, audience information, and your application responses.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate your application, contact you regarding your status, and (if approved) onboard you into the program. Approved creators submit a W-9 for tax compliance purposes.

Who sees it

Application data is reviewed by E8 Marketing, LLC personnel and may be shared with West Coast Gifts where necessary for program administration. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Approved creators' data is retained for the duration of the creator agreement plus the period required by tax and recordkeeping law. Declined applicant data is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted.
